1. The Application
Whiskey Neat Ads Reporting (the "Application") is internal software operated by Whiskey Neat, LLC. It retrieves advertising performance data from Google Ads accounts that the authenticating user is already authorized to access, for the purpose of producing reports and analysis.
2. Who may use it
The Application is not offered to the general public. Use is limited to Whiskey Neat, LLC and personnel it authorizes, operating on advertising accounts the company is engaged to manage.
3. Scope of access
The Application operates read-only. It retrieves reporting data and does not create, modify, activate, pause or delete any advertising entity, and cannot authorize spending. Authorization is granted through Google OAuth and may be revoked by the user at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Acceptable use
The Application may not be used to access accounts without authorization, to circumvent the Google Ads API Terms of Service, or for any unlawful purpose. Use of the Application is subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Policies.
5. Data handling
Information accessed by the Application is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability and warranty
The Application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Reporting figures are derived from data supplied by third-party advertising platforms and may be restated by those platforms after retrieval.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whiskey Neat, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application, or for decisions made in reliance on figures it reports.
8. Changes
These terms may be revised. The current version is posted on this page with its effective date.
